Why enroll your student in enrichment classes? At Ahead of the Curve, the goal of enrichment is to keep your child engaged in learning that matches their abilities and their interests. Unfortunately, there isn’t time in the school curriculum to study all of the fascinating areas of STEM. That’s where we come in!
Enrichment classes will also help your student get ahead by learning about concepts beyond their grade level. For high-achieving students, it’s important for them to get used to being challenged so they can develop their thinking skills. Students also enjoy learning more about how the world around them works and broadening their horizons.
Enrichment tutoring can involve a diverse range of subjects, from in-depth dives into molecular biology and neuroscience, to broad surveys of the history of science or the development of technology. Cultivating a student’s curiosity is incredibly important, and every student has different interests and passions.
